This page says what nowdiary.co.uk collects about you and why. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• The demo form: your salon name, town, your name, email, how many chairs you have and what software you use today. We use it to reply to you and arrange the call you asked for.
• The chat: your name, your email and what you type. The assistant answers from the facts on this page; when it hands over to a person, the conversation is emailed to us so we can reply to you.
• Server logs: the usual technical record of requests (address, time, page), kept briefly for security.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
• The site sets no advertising cookies. The chat remembers your name and email in your own browser only, so you do not have to type them twice.

Keeping and deleting

Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and deleted when they are no longer needed. Email hello@nowdiary.co.uk and we will delete what we hold about you.
